What are credits?
Credits are how you pay for generation. Concepts, voiceovers and video renders each cost a set number of credits — shown before you start and listed on the pricing page. Credit packs are one-time purchases; there is no subscription.
What happens if a generation fails?
The credits for it go back to your workspace automatically. You only pay for work that completes.
Can my team share one account?
Yes. Invite teammates to your workspace and give them a role (owner, admin, member or billing). Everyone works from the same library of avatars and products and spends from the same credit balance.
Do the videos carry a watermark?
Every video carries a small brand watermark. Once you have topped up again after your first purchase, you can remove it or replace it with your own name or logo.
Who can use the videos I make?
The videos you generate are yours to use in your own advertising, subject to our Terms. Only upload avatars and product images you have the right to use — cloning a real person requires confirming you have their permission.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
