Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a hashed password.
• Content you provide: prompts, product descriptions, and images and voice recordings you upload (including avatar photos).
• Generated output: concepts, voiceovers and videos created for your workspace.
• Usage and billing records: which actions were run, credits spent, and purchase history. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never receive them.
• Technical data: IP address and browser details, used for security and abuse prevention, and an audit log of significant account actions.

How we use it

To provide the service, process payments, keep accounts secure, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Our AI and rendering providers receive the prompts, images and audio needed to generate your content. Stripe processes payments. Email delivery providers send account emails. Each acts on our instructions.

Your workspace

Content in a workspace is visible to its members according to their roles, and never to other workspaces. Platform administrators may access a workspace to provide support; every such access is logged.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account from your account settings; workspaces you solely own are removed with it. Some records (such as payment and audit records) are kept for as long as the law and legitimate business needs require.
