Terms of Service

1. The service
OomphMediaGen lets you generate video ad concepts, voiceovers and renders using AI. You use it inside a workspace you create or are invited to.
2. Your account and workspace
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
3. Content you upload
You must have the rights to every image, voice recording and description you upload. You may only use a real person's likeness or voice with their permission, and you confirm this when you create a cloned avatar. You must not use the service to create deceptive, unlawful, hateful or infringing content.
4. Credits and payment
Generation is paid for with credits, purchased in packs through Stripe. Each action's price in credits is shown before you use it and may change for future use. Credits for a generation that fails are returned to your workspace. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.
5. Output
Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the videos you generate in your own advertising. AI output can be imperfect: review it before you publish it, and remove or replace the default watermark only once your account qualifies for it and only where you are entitled to.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
